No hearing-aids is such fun. I can still hear airplanes, that is booming ones today. They must be bigger. Yesterday was helicopter day.
I can hear if I concentrate. The phone flashes. There is one small, two small snags. No visitors today yet very peaceful.
I spoke to the Teen. He said:
“Ow!”
“Am I shouting?”
He just looked at me. We can take that as a yes.
The aircraft idea of thrilling noise has somewhat worn off although tomorrow and Sunday are Public Days! Yippee! We’re going to a FlyBy Barbecue tomorrow. Last time the Red Arrows did a great display. On Saturday they traced a pink heart in the sky. On Sunday it was blue.
I’ve got so much done today. I will try this no hearing-aids lark again. Do you have no hearing-aid days?
